- Cryotherapy- used to reduce swelling and to control pain after an injury.
- Electrotherapy- Light electrical impulses transmitted to specific areas of the body by way stimulation pads (electrodes) to decrease pain, inflammation, and muscle spasms. In some it can be utilized to prevent muscular atrophy (shrinking of the muscle).
- Ultrasound- A therapeutic form of deep heat therapy created by sound waves to decrease swelling, increase blood flow, decrease pain, stiffness, and muscle spasms.

Exercise and Posture?Individual tailored programs to optimize function, performance and spinal stability. Specific exercises prescribed based each individuals needs. The exercises prescribed often assist in decreasing pain, preventing muscular deterioration, and increasing the overall strength of the targeted muscles.
